Whole-person psychiatry
I provide compassionate, culturally responsive psychiatric care for diverse and underserved populations, integrating psychiatry, primary care, and addiction medicine to promote whole-person healing, reduce stigma, improve access to care, and achieve lasting wellness.
What we treat
Every care plan starts with listening. These are the ways we can help.

Comprehensive diagnostic assessments to understand your symptoms, history, and treatment needs: the foundation of a plan built around you.

Evidence-based prescribing and careful monitoring of psychiatric medications, tailored to each patient and reviewed together at every step.

Collaborative, supportive therapy focused on coping skills, emotional regulation, and steady symptom improvement.
Getting started
Three simple steps between where you are now and your first appointment.
Book a telehealth appointment online, or call or send a message, whichever feels easiest. We'll find a time that fits your schedule, Monday through Saturday.
A comprehensive 60-minute video appointment to talk through your symptoms, history, and goals. Together we build a personalized care plan: medication, therapy, or both.
Regular 30–45-minute follow-ups to monitor progress and fine-tune treatment, with visits spacing out as you stabilize. Consistency is where lasting change happens.

What to expect
Your first visit is a conversation, not an interrogation. We take time to understand your story: your history, your goals, and what hasn't worked before. Then we decide together what comes next.
“Healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and understood.”
How we care
We treat the person, not just the diagnosis, by integrating psychiatry, primary care, and addiction medicine.
Every recommendation is grounded in current research and extensive clinical training.
A collaborative, welcoming space where your story is heard without stigma.
Open communication and transparency: we weigh options and choose the path forward together.
Care that respects your background and lived experience, with a focus on underserved communities.
Telehealth visits Monday through Saturday, and steady follow-up you can count on.
